Adjoining room door stuck

"Our adjoining room would not open!! The front desk clerk went above and beyond when she couldn’t get maintenance to come fix it. She came armed with pliers and got that door open! Kudos to her! She understood how important it was to us!"

"Only negative about this property is the musky rooms. Have stayed here twice now and even in 2 seperate buildings, both rooms were exactly the same. But i am still giving it 5 stars because the price and perks definitely make up for the muskyness. My kids think this is the greatest place with the ..."

"We enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs. I have a few suggestions that I believe would improve the accommodations. 1) a place for hanging clothes, 2) a full length mirror, 3) a little more counter space…including in the bathroom. We enjoyed the location."
