“We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square.”

Loved the TV right above the foot of the bed, the firepit, waking up to the cute sounds of chickens softly clucking… was just so relaxing being there, and we are already talking about coming back sometime!Thank-you for a wonderful stay!”

“Spotless, lovely friendly hosts, and the location and layout and set up of this home is stellar. My son is a dancer so I’ve traveled to lots of places to see him perform and stayed in many vacation rentals. This place stands out as one of the very best. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, beds are comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again if we return to the Orlando area!”

“Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Mark……

“The property was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The private pool was a real plus. The golf cart worked well and got great mileage…after 2 weeks of using it daily, we had only used half a tank of gas. We would definitely rent it again. ”
