Tastefully renovated with beautiful polished timber floorboards 17 Cypress Street will be your new favourite holiday house. Located within walking distance to the local shops, cafes and restaurants, main beach and Evans river. Fully equipped with all the holiday essentials you will love this home away from home.

Great stay

Apart from a little dusty under beds n couches which was noticeable due to wooden floors was an excellent stay. Loved the ducted heater as weather was a little miserable.

Easy Access

This neat and clean house had wonderfully accessible check in and out. It was completely hassle free- a very desirable quality of any good holiday. All the delights of Evans Head were within an easy walk. So, I would definitely re hire 17 Cypress Street!
