“House was good, Needs a few more basic things in it like a mirror in the bedrooms, a hairdryer. Was disappointed with not having the linen on the beds which I had ordered and paid for a couple of weeks before we arrived. I had to call around at night to get some.”

“We arrived to to a dark, cluttered smelling flat. The windows and front door have no fly screens so opening them was not an option, unless you like midgee and mosquito bites. The place was packed full of furniture so there was no space to move. Dead cockroaches decorated available surfaces. The outdoor back area was full of cobwebs and leaf matter and the yelping puppy next door completed the ambience. The bedroom fan didn’t work and there was no aircon. The first day a man knocks on the door……

“I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since……
