Queen Size air mattress on property, along with 2 couches and 2 loveseats downstairs. Large open kitchen with plenty of room to dine together. Large Propane BBQ on back patio (with extra tank). Back patio area covered off the living room. Living room has a 70" television. Half Bath downstairs. Wifi in home accessible to guests. Plenty of parking that can accommodate up to 5 or 6 vehicles. Nearby grocery, tavern/bar, dining areas in Riverwood Shopping Center - can walk there. Spots include: McDonalds, Mi Rancho, Top China, Riverwood Tavern, Smoke N Barrells along with Publix, Woodys Spirits, and Rooted Coffee House and Starbucks.
Champions retreat golf course is a short 3 minute drive from the home. Guests will have access to 95% of home, wifi, television, utilization of the fridge and deep freezer in garage. Fresh linens and towels provided - no maid service for this stay, but plenty of towels and new linens for use. This is a family owned residence in a nice low key neighborhood.
