Good Stay

Not a bad house. Easily accessible. Good communication with property manger. A couple things to consider:- Needs to have a solution for trash. We couldn’t find anything outside, and the trash from previous tenants were left in the house. Maybe we’re missing something?- A/C window units definitely need attention, the filters were completely full of dust. It didn’t take me very long to clean the filters. Would recommend adding that to the list when making ready the unit. Takes about 5 min.Overall a nice stay. The location is easy to work with and it’s a relatively safe neighborhood. There was a sheriff deputy unit across the street while we stayed there. The unit didn’t move, but it was a nice feature for a family with kids who like to play outside.If you were to dial in the cleaning a bit, this place would get a better rating in the future, but it was acceptable to us.

This property is not in good shape. oven and 2 burners don't work. The pre made meal we brought to cook (in foil) couldn't be used bc of this. Closest doors falling off the wall. Batteries missing from smoke detectors. Heat set to 76?!?! The bathroom needs addressed. Update the tub and plumbing, evidence of long standing moisture damage. It's really a dump someone bought as an "investment" that they've clearly not invested any of their earnings in. It's unsafe.
