Excellent stay

The property is just as pictured, very comfortable and very clean. My boys loved it! Rob was a great host! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great location, making it easy to get everywhere in town. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended if you’re traveling to Evansville!

Property was pretty much as stated except the big fact that there is only only one a/c unit in the far wall of the living room. None in either bedroom. So even keeping the a/c turned cold it didn't make it to the bedrooms. Our June stay we didn't sleep well. We were there 2 nights and gone during the days so could imagine how those would have been. Registered 4 adults, they only provided 4 towels and 2 wash clothes. Had a few freindly roaches wondering around.

Great little place with everything you need.

We stayed for a long weekend to visit family in Evansville. The place was exactly as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Fridge is really cold! Wifi worked great. The neighborhood is a mix of cute little well maintained bungalows, with some that could use some TLC. Good location with easy assess to Diamond. Will definitely stay again!

Very cute, colorful and convenient!

Very easy checkin, plenty of amenities, everything was convenient. The beds are comfy and my son loved the sofa couch bed. Close to relatives in the area and shopping. I highly recommend even for a group of 6. I am going to book here regularly when we come back in town to visit

Enjoyed the house. Had friends for dinner one night and family the next fay for our hilday get together. The house is cute, clean and had everything we needed. Tge host was readily available when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!
