They were in the process of updating and putting in new TVs. But use of remotes (2) Was confusing and Staff lacked familiarity. I realize this is just a temporary situation, and that will be overcome.
I was disappointed when we came back on the second day, late afternoon to find that our room had not been cleaned, bed not made, no new towels, etc. When I complained, they told me that ever since Covid that they only clean those staying more than one night if requested. I have never heard of this. I’ve never experienced that before. Apparently they were supposed to tell us.
