“First place is very secure. Great location and easy to access. Accommodations were very clean. Bedrooms exemplary with soft mattresses and pillows. “We enjoyed our stay at the Chester, the room was clean and decorated beautifully so it felt like a home rather than a hotel room. I’d highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation. If you need quiet this isn’t the place for you as it’s near a busy intersection so there are frequent sirens and car noise but we got used to it and the positives definitely outweighed the negative! ”

“The hotel was perfect for our long weekend trip to Boston. If I had a complaint it would be that it could use a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Otherwise, it was comfortable, the location couldn't be beat, we had a great time. Would definitely recommend and rebook!”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
