“Food at the restaurant was excellent, extremely high quality. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely, but we did have a problem with no hot water on our first morning that took about an hour to get sorted. Went to shower in the late afternoon and the same issue again. Checked with the front desk and an engineer couldn't get to sort it until after 6pm, as we were eating at 7pm we had to have cold showers. We were planning on using the fitness room both days but……

“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“What a lovely hotel! The staff were so welcoming. They explained the local area with details on the local champagne house we could visit. It was an easy walk into the main centre of town.”
