“Our family booked this stay in Daphne to scout out the area to move to. We absolutely loved the location, the house was so quaint and had all the amenities and Kim was so pleasant to work with. We can't wait to buy a home and call this darling town home. ”

“Internet service at the property was very poor. Could not get the property address to come up on GPS. Need a better method to get to address so people can locate/find it. The commodes on the main level are too low and need better flushing mechanism. Push button is okay, but you have to hold it forever it seems before it would flush. Other than these issues the stay was great!”

“Overall well maintained property. Disappointed that there wasn't a whirlpool per advertisement, unless I didn't read it correctly. Disappointed that I had to pay a cleaning fee and walked in to dead bugs on the floor, behind the nighstand which was noticed upon plugging up my charger, crushed bug in the cabinets. I appreciated the generous efforts to provide snacks but out of ten bags of chips only 3 were not expired. Although the house is dated with wicker furniture from an earlier era it is……

“It was perfect for our family...Father & his wife in the master downstairs, brother and his wife in bottom floor extra bedroom, my wife and I in upstairs bedroom, 2 kids in one bedroom and 1 more kid in another. ONLY drawback was a temporary ac unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms, which took an hr of getting used to. Very spacious, easy to enter and exit, clear directions for check in and check out, and really pretty property. LOVED the front and rear porches. Hard to say a bad thing about the……
