“Very friendly staff and available for questions. Clean and very nice rooms, nice pool and courtyard area. Sonder app worked great for mobile entry and messaging staff. Mobile key only didn't work for the last 24 hours, but still had the keypad code to get in. Only suggestion, parking should be free in the ramp as parking availability is not readily available around the building on the street, and it has restrictions everywhere. ”

“Mint House was perfect for my downtown Denver stay. Apartment was quiet, spacious and clean with everything I needed. Short walk from Union Station, across the street from Whole Foods, and easy walk to end of 16 Street Shuttle. They had beer and kombucha on tap each day a s snacks from time to time in the lobby for most of my stay. ”

“All in all, it was a good stay. The location is incredibly convenient but the downside is that you're literally right by the freeway. They kindly provide earplugs on the nightstand plus there's the AC/heater fan to act as white noise. The place was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has minimalist set up which is great for making breakfast or doing up an easy quick meal in the evening if you don't feel up to going out. My only issue was the chef's knife was SUPER dull……

“Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless. Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. Lots of fun places to eat……

“Location was great for restaurants coffee shops and bars. Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater and trails. Curtain in bed room does not keep the light out. Kind of noisy at night. Parking is limited and area is busy!”

“Location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. Some aspects of the property itself could use some work: there was a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the rooms and there was water damage on the bedroom carpet. Lots of outdoor space which was great and the open layout allowed for all in our party to have room to hang out together in one place. ”
