“From the moment I booked the property, to leaving the property, the experience has been seamless. Great communication & the checkin was swift. The property itself is incredible. Great for large groups. With the kitchen stacked full of cooking equipment. Plenty of games & activities to do too. The property is set in a quiet space just on the edge of Cheltenham. "This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it."
