“The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. On the eve of my departure for Greece, I received an email with check-in instructions all in Greek……

“The property is as nice as the pictures and in many ways better. You are a 10 minute walk from a lovely little village with 4-5 tavernas, depending on the day of the week. Plus for those who love an evening walk to ice cream or perhaps a night cap...perfect! New Styra is only a 7 minute drive with a lovely beach and many tavernas. The owner is very receptive when needed and the woman, Litsa, who is at the house daily is a delight. All in all, our family of 15, ages 8 to 78, enjoyed the house and……

We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. “Perfekter Aufenthalt: Empfangen vom deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, Unterkunft besser als beschrieben (Überdachung über dem Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse inzwischen vorhanden). Vermieter gab uns Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel nach unseren Bedürfnissen erfolgte perfekt. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte auf alle Sonderwünsche sofort. Kurzum: Perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert.”
