“Both this property and this host leave a lot to be desired. Communication from the host was awful - never contacted me upon booking to let me know the pertinent details of the property, tried to send me a bill for my service dog with no communication - would have happily explained had they bothered to ask. I don't remember consenting to being spied on while staying at the property either. House was filthy. Hardwood floors had dirt, debris, and dead bugs everywhere, clearly hadn't been……
