“The room was nice, and it is in a great location. There is a travel agency inside that helped me book a trip to Monte Alban, and it was great. The free breakfast is wonderful! I did not use the gym but several people used it everyday. The view from the roof is great. The central area called Zocalo is an easy walk. There are shops and restaurants and ATMs nearby. There is a pharmacy right across the street. The staff was friendly. It can be noisy at night but I could always sleep through it, and……

“Our suite was big, clean, and very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day, and it was really good. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. Perhaps best of all, the staff was so kind and accommodating. A special shout out to Noe and Dulce, who both did their best to make our stay special.”

“Este hotel boutique es lindo y sus habitaciones son muy cómodas. Tiene un coffee shop buenísimo, con café y pan muy ricos. También su restaurante sirve comida muy rica a todas horas. “We booked this hotel last minute as our travel plans were altered by protesters blocking the highway to Puerto Escondido. Very glad we decided to stay here! The hotel was very pretty, quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are some great restaurants nearby. My only negative was the rock-hard beds which, for some reason, tend to be the norm for smaller hotels in Mexico. Would definitely stay here again (if they provide a bed topper)!”

“Hotel de la Parra was excellent in many ways. It was off season so we enjoyed quietness and the service. Swimming in the pool was tranquil in the hustle of busy city center. Ever staff was cordial and responsive. Our room was air conditioned so we were able to relax and enjoy the stay any time of the day. We enjoyed excellent breakfast offered at the courtyard. All in all, we would reuse the hotel next time we visit again. ”
