“In town for a show at Wally's and the location was perfect! Cutest little cottage!! Parking is tricky but we fit without issue. Would be best for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Cottage actually was BETTER than photos with updates that were made over the winter! ”

“I gave this weekend to my family as a Christmas gift. Each year we go away together as my gift to them. This home was a perfect spot for our group. Adults could enjoy games in the spacious kitchen while children enjoyed the theater or karaoke in the other end of the spacious house. “Before we stayed we asked a few questions about the property and learned that the listing is quite inaccurate and the company that manages it has absolutely no idea what is in the house. “We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. “This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. ”
