“The only thing I´d improve is to have a pool ”

“ ⸻ I stayed at Hotel Artesanos XI from April 3rd to 6th, and it was a wonderful experience. The owner, Antonio, is incredibly honest, reliable, and always willing to help. He made me feel safe and well taken care of. He also has a dog named Bazzi — super cute and energetic, definitely the little star of the place! The location is excellent — just a 4-minute walk from the main square, so it’s very convenient but also peaceful and quiet. Although the room doesn’t have a TV or air conditioning, I……

“La propiedad es muy bonita, comoda y queda cerca de la principal avenida a pie Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y son muy comodas, fui con mi familia y la pasamos bien Tengan en mente que en la noche ya no se encuentra ningun personal mas que el vigilante Como recomendación a la propiedad, revisen la maquina del aire acondicionado que ponen en las habitaciones, tuve que prestarle a mi familia en la otra habitación la mia, ya que la otra no sirvió despues de un rato y comenzó a hacer un ruido……

“La propiedad es súper bonita y está muy bien cuidada. El servicio es impecable por parte de todo el personal. Jorge el gerente es súper atento. El único detalle fue que batallamos con el agua de la regadera, nunca pudimos obtenerla templada: o demasiado caliente o muy fría. Fuera de eso es una experiencia completamente recomendable, repetiría sin duda”

“Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant. However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room. My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken. Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.”
