“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. The tile floors in the unit developed a light covering of water droplets that was……

“Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. “The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. ”

“Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como.”
