“Vi fik desværre ikke besked på at der var en deadline for afhentning af nøgler samt info om parkering. Og det var en del bøvlet med nøgle i boksen mm. Men vi kom ind og lejligheden var en meget positiv oplevelse, super hyggelig og pæn. Dog var det de hårdeste senge vi har prøvet, så vi fik ikke sovet så godt. “Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality……
