Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful contact (we could call him at 7 pm when we need a second key and he managed the problem). “Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 5 Schlafzimmern und jeweiligem Bad im Zimmer viel Platz. Es gibt eine große moderne Küche und einen separaten Fernsehraum. Der Außenbereich am Weinberg ist ansprechend inklusive Gartenmöbel und Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Von Rovereto aus lassen sich mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (z.B. Verona) schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wohnung für 10 Personen, aber nur ein……

“Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub grundsätzlich sehr genossen - dies ist insbesondere auf die tolle Lage zurückzuführen. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend - unklare Regeln und vor allem fadenscheinige Zusatzkosten, welche jeglicher Grundlage entbehren. Zum Beispiel Heizkosten welche nicht entstanden sind. Nachweise gab es keine! Der Erholungseffekt ist aber durch den Stress im Nachhinein aufgrund dieser Thematik direkt wieder weg. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.”
