“Overall great apartment for anyone traveling with family or good friends. A very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is simply amazing to overlook the white mountains at the balcony. Free parking just at the basement which is convenient for any travellers who drive. Yet, it was a bit hard to find the reception to check in and there was construction noise in the morning during our stay.”

“Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! Wir kommen wieder und werden Sie gerne……

“Wir buchten 2 Schlafzimmer, bekamen aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer. Dadurch war es nur durch Aufbau eines zusätzlichen Bettes für das 8 jährige Kind möglich die Wohnung zu nutzen. Es wart nicht möglich das Wohnzimmer nach 21 Uhr zu nutzen ( Fernseher,Radio ,Internet) ,da das Kind drin schlafen mußte. Wir fordern deshalb auch einen Teilbetrag zurück, da wir für 2 Schlafzimmer bezahlt haben. Senden Sie uns Ihren Vorschlag zur Rücküberweisung. M.f.G. Fam. Sachse”
