“Chaima, the Algerian girl from the reception, was a great support for me eh I made my stay in the hotel exceptional! Thanks to her I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel.”

“Overall very good. Clean hotel, spacious room and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My two small negatives is that the water from the shower was cold or cool and never warm and wifi was slow. Otherwise I would recommend. ”

“The room was surprisingly big. But the standard is what it is. Either way, we didn’t receive towels in our room. When we asked for towels, we were told to wait for housekeeping the next morning. Also when we asked the hotel to call us a taxi, they told us to just go out on the street and pick up one. Not happy with the service.”

“Spacious room, location is not so good surrounded by old residential buildings, they don’t give you more than 2 bottles of water per day ”

“This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine.”
