“We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. ”

“My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! The location is great as it is really……

“The property was very clean and very close to a lot of Restaurants and Fast Food places. It was very easy to find. The pillows were a bit dirty and old otherwise everything else was okay. I would book it again. ”

“I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially……

“Lack of care inside and outside. Broken glass on the outside steps, sink leaking and cracked. Damp on ceiling and round window.”

“Great location, close to the centre. Nicely appointed inside, as photos indicate. Basics provided, such as toiletries, tea bags, Fairy Liquid etc. A little short of mugs and glasses, although when mentioned they quickly brought us another mug. Quick response via email and text. Good value, would use again.”
