Newly Remodeled Relaxing Stay near Downtown

Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Fairbanks, Alaska! This home is centrally located, just a 5 minute drive from downtown. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. This is a newly remodeled home featuring a 70” flatscreen TV, 3 memory foam mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, an electric fireplace as well as fast, unlimited wifi. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private apartment in a cozy, newly remodeled AirBnB just minutes from the airport, hospital, and downtown Fairbanks. Close to shopping, restaurants and bars. There is a 70” TV with Netflix and fast, unlimited wifi. Guests will have full access to the apartment with an exception to the furnace room that is locked. I am available anytime for questions about the house and the area! Distance to Fairbanks International Airport: 6.7 miles Distance to downtown Fairbanks: 1.2 miles Distance to hospital: 0.9 miles Distance to Ft. Wainwright 4.1 miles There is a large parking lot at the apartment included in your stay Kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, plates, silverware, cups, a rice cooker, and a coffee machine.

Shakespeare Festival

We visit Fairbanks, AK several times a year staying in Vrbos when we do. This was one of the best for size, location, neatness, and conveniences. We found it to be a very comfortable abode with comfortable beds, luxurious living room, and a very well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in Fairbanks including; Downtown, University of Alaska at Fairbanks, lovely shops, the Fairbanks Shakespeare Festival on UAA Campus, and Restaurants (not walking distance, we had a car). 5/5 would stay here again.
