After dinner, spend time together in the chic living area - get cozy around the pellet stove and break out the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun. Or relax and watch a movie on the smart TV. A cozy family room offers additional social space with an electric fireplace TV stand and another smart TV (streaming is available using your account).
Your vacation rental is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, the library, a playground, and the downtown area. Spend full-filled days exploring art galleries, museums, and breweries or distilleries. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and snowshoeing. Don’t miss a visit to the Aurora Borealis Lodge, one of the best places to view the northern lights in the world! Other local attractions include Fairbanks Children's Museum (0.3 miles), Morris Thompson Cultural & Visitors Center (0.8 miles), Pioneer Park (1.8 miles), and dog sledding at the 1st Alaska Outdoor School (3.5 miles). A laundromat is close by if needed.

The twin bed in the third bedroom has a twin trundle underneath.
A sofa bed in the family room provides additional sleeping space.
Two twin rollaway beds are also available and suitable for small children.
A portable air-conditioning unit is provided in the summer months in the primary bedroom.
Stairs are required to access this home.
The backyard is not available for guest use.
The homeowner’s relative lives on-site and another bookable vacation rental is on-site (both have separate and private entrances). Other guests may be present during your stay.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
