“This place was perfect for my husband and I to stay. The location is right downtown and it was nice to have parking available during a busy event! Communication with the owner was easy and very friendly! We will be using this again in the future. New Ulm did not disappoint! ”

“A group of women stayed for the first Oktoberfest weekend. We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were yard games in the garage and board games in the basement but we just chatted and visited town instead. One afternoon we walked to Turner Hall. It’s about a 20 minute walk but there’s sidewalk the entire way, quiet streets, and cute houses and Halloween……

“The owners of this property have thought a lot about what their renters may need. We were there for a short time but there was so much that we may have needed already there. Our clothes for a wedding were wrinkled from being in our suitcases but no worries, there was an iron, iron board, and steamer for us to use, along with a lint roller, etc. The kids loved finding games to play for our small amount of down time. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area!”

“Very much enjoyed our stay, perfect spot for experiencing New Ulm. Only feed back would be maybe some more seating for a living room/hangout area, and a bigger TV. We had some bad weather so we spent some of the day in the unit, a loveseat/couch may have been nice.Overall though, would totally recommend this spot to somebody visiting New Ulm. Loved being right in downtown, we could walk pretty much everywhere, we loved it our visit and will be back.”
