I am going to answer those questions, but I will share my experience.
Check-in - My family and I stayed at this location from March 18th to the 23rd. When we arrived on the 19th at 2am, they still charge us for the 18th. My issue with this situations is that their computer said we were to check-in on the 19th by 3pm. So the staff, female, would not let us check-in early.
So the fact that I paid full price for a day we were not there for was unreasonable.
Pool- I called prior to the stay to inquire about the pools condition because my children love to swim. I was told it was working properly. (I get it, stuff breaks over time, however, I feel we should have been informed.) The first time we went down to the pool we were surprised how small it was. Then the pool water was ice cold and hot was extremely HOT!!! So hot that we couldn't get all the in. We literally had to ease in very slowly and still were not all the way submerged. The next day my husband took my daughter down their and was informed the pool is close because the heat is not working....DUH!
Staff & services- We ask for towels twice. The first time we were offered pool towels, the second time it took almost an hour. Breakfast was really good. My children actually ate. The other staff seemed content but we still friendly.
Cleanliness- housekeepers-Our trash can stay unemptied outside our door for over 36 hours. The carpet was DIRTY!!! All the other areas were clean from what I could see.
