The cleaning crew was exceptional—truly 5 stars! The rooms and the property were spotless, maintained meticulously from corner to corner. Their attention to detail made the stay comfortable and pleasant.
However, the reception staff, particularly in the morning, seemed disengaged and unwelcoming. No greetings, no smiles, and an overall attitude that made guests feel like an inconvenience. A bit of warmth and hospitality at the front desk would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.
Lastly, the pancake machine could use an upgrade. The pancakes came out flat, hard, and unappetizing. Replacing it with a waffle maker—or any better alternative—would be a great improvement and something guests could genuinely look forward to during breakfast.
