This whole stay was awful. The toilet clogged night one and it was not even what you’d think.. simple #1 and minimal TP. When I asked for a plunger they brought it an hour and a half later. Second day we asked for a late check out because our flight was delayed, they approved. However no one talked to each other because we were next bombarded with knocks at the door & the manager opening it without us saying come in— my daughter was in a towel! I was charged 3 separate times for this stay and it was just awful top to bottom. Never again!

I was in a single Queen room. I think the bed was actually a full size, which was pushed up against wall and into a corner. With your head on the pillow you couldn't see the TV. The room itself was just big enough to fit this bed with about three feet on only one side of it to walk to the bathroom. I've never ever seen anything like this. Oh and I could put my hands flat on the ceiling because it was so low. I wish I would have taken a picture. I was supposed to stay three nights, but decided to leave early and eat the third night's cost of $155 per night. I was in room 107. Stay away from this place.

The room we selected was non smoking yet the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke that we we not able to stay in our room and getting a refund for my stay is proving to be unreasonably and unnecessarily difficult.

I have rented previously was extremely happy. This time disabled queen bed, last was king and 2 roomy for 2 women. So different 1st was room layout no way to see tv from head bord- was a wall blocking it. 2nd was absolutely freezing bathroom, had to leave door open and run heater so not such a shock as i could have got sick due to temperature. I was so tired i said ill tuff it out. Until the morning, i could NOT get off bed without assistance. Queen bed NO full matress on queen bed frame! Unsafe! I called front desk to inform. Front desk said a management would call as of 4-22-25 no Call. Front desk said no disabled rooms. Im so shocked that room EVER was even rented and a disabled room. Unsafe bed temp and terrible layout cant see tv from bed. I ALWAYS stayed there but WAS horrible room & service! went else where - To another motel. Look at the king size bed room vs the full in my room. You will see for self as i took pictures for further inquiries. Ty shannon valtierra was 2 night stay

I liked the room set up a lot. A kitchen counter with microwave and large storage drawers in a entryway set up separate from the sleeping area. Bathroom was clean and updated. Stingy with towels but was able to get more from staff. Initially was given a room where the bed had dirt or something on the sheet cover and staff let me switch rooms. Next room was clean and fine. The room set up and bathroom made up for all other deficiencies.

BEDBUGS! Do Not book this hotel. There are bedbugs. We stayed for less than 2 hours before we left due to the bedbugs and we were charged over $60! I've been trying to find out the reason for the charge through Expedia and have not gotten any support. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Front desk customer service when I checked inn, he could definitely improve! A lot. Minus 1. Customer in not informed that no garbage is collected from the room. The room was smelling of banana when we got back at night.
