“This was a great cottage to base yourself in the Cotswold’s. The two minute walk to the village was a great feature of this cottage as well as the parking spot. I enjoyed the fire and the beautiful surrounds. I would recommend a stay. ”

“We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI). Plenty of seating in the living area too with the sofa, armchair, and even an electric armchair which came in handy for my Mum! Great for large groups. With the kitchen stacked full of cooking equipment. Plenty of games & activities to do too. The property is set in a quiet space just on the edge of Cheltenham. “Our family had a wonderful time at this quaint cottage. The village of Northleach was a great location for us to enjoy the Cotswold area for a few days. The village has a yummy pastry shop where we got breakfast every morning, a small convenience store, and a couple pubs/restaurants all about a 2 minute walk from the house. It was fun to walk around the village and explore the streets and neighborhoods. We enjoyed traveling to local sites also. We had a car and easily found parking on the……

“We truly loved the area. The house was well equipped. Nice neighborhood. Clean kitchen, bathroom comfortable beds. Only thing, the downstairs carpet sure needs to be changed and I didn’t get check in instructions on time. Had to find the phone number in the app and call host to get check in instructions. Once I got of hold of Sophie she was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience . Otherwise we enjoyed Lower Slaughter ”

Parking at nearly carpark satisfactory although a shame that you can't park outside property. Only omission re information was there was no apparent info or recycling facilities. “Elm Bank is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location in Lower Swell. The listing is accurate, if anything the pictures do not quite show you how large the cottage is. We were more than comfortable as a group of six adults. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, the fridge is expansive, and there's plenty of storage for food and other necessities. Great location for us, very peaceful but close enough to nearby towns and a stone’s throw from the local pub The Kings Head where everyone was very welcoming. The owners of the cottage had thought of everything! It was beautifully decorated and dressed…absolutely faultless.
