“Solo weekend retreat at this idyllic 8-acre Christmas tree farm was quiet and a nice re-set / nod to simpler times. Visited in January and it snowed while I was touring the farm! Perfect set-up for one person or a couple. Would actually move in permanently - it was that lovely! Location is right near four corners/groundswell, so you are equal parts secluded and connected to local shops/cafes. There were even goats, one of which I nicknamed Tom Brady. Looking good in retirement Tom! Take it……

“We stayed for a week over the Christmas holidays. The house easily accommodated our group of eight people and one dog. We enjoyed the easy walk to the National Wildlife Refuge and a quick drive for winter beach walks. We enjoyed spending time with a roaring fire and a few dips in the hot tub. Tori was very responsive to the couple of issues that arose. ”

“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all,……

“This house was everything that was advertised and more! Great secluded and (mostly) quiet neighborhood, but yet close to many conveniences. We arrived late but it was no problem getting the keys and we were greeted with a bag of Hershey kisses and a wonderful typed out guide and tips for the area which we used throughout our stay! Because we were arriving late the first night, I had brought food with us to cook instead of going out. The kitchen is well stocked and I was able to find everything I……

“The family enjoyed their stay in Wareham. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The parking pass to Little Harbor Beach was great as was the beach. The water was warm and the waves were mild. Everyone enjoyed taking a turn trying out their golf swings. The area was nice and quiet and the kids liked riding their bikes up and down the long driveway. The house’s location was great. We drove to Falmouth, Woods Hole & Sandwich which was about 30 min drive. We went out to dinner at Narrows……
