Fresh eggs in the fridge, which was delightful - except I’d brought some from my own flock! WiFi was great, plenty of hot water for 6 of us. Host’s friendly dog and cat stopped by during our visit - the painting in the kitchen come to life! Literally felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. ”

“This property is beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the country. It is close enough to many amenities in Floyd and Christiansburg but far enough away that it is quiet. My beagle loved the large yard and the horses nearby. The owner is responsive and kind which makes it an even better experience. Highly recommend! ”

As pictured and described - with everything working properlyBesides peace and quiet, I got to "know" the young deer that frequently crossed the road or stood beside the road in the field. My little doggie and I fed the donkeys some fruit - which also helped the overall feel of enjoying the country. Although the roads……
