“We arrived to the home when it was already dark (5 pm in December). The outside lights were inadequate to find the sidewalk to the front door so we had to use our phone lights. Once inside it was obvious the home did not have the heat running, it was 57F degrees inside (40F outside that night). We fiddled with the thermostat and got the heat running, left for dinner hoping to come back to a warm house. When we got back 2 hrs later, the temp was 61 and the heat had stopped running.
