I was told it was removed from the amenities section of the website, but when you have stayed there before this, you don't look at the AMENITIES. Shame on Choice Hotels for not putting it in LARGE BOLD LETTERS on the home page of the Fairmont ..."

"Our TV didn't work and they replaced it with a new one right away. Staff was friendly and accomodating upon checking in and out. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they let us rent out a conference room to play floor hockey!"
