Charming studio with amazing sea view of the Matala beach. It is newly renovated and it is exactly in front of the beach. Its view to the Matala beach and the caves is just amazing.

Seaside Nicola's Studio can accommodate 3 people in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is situated in the center of Matala and it is very easily accessible. It is next to the tavernas and the caffes.

This is a great property, the living space is quite small, but the balcony is brilliant. It’s reasonably private and has a view of harbour restaurants in one direction and the beach and caves on the other. The surrounding area can get quite noisy late at night, so if this is an issue for you, it may not be the best option
