“Everything is as advertised! We appreciated access to water activities and really enjoyed the kayaks and the awesome screened in porch overlooking the lake. “Ok so this listing is advertised as being “in the downtown area” so you would assume it to be in a nice neighborhood. But it is not. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover.
