“The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. ”

“The hotel is beautiful and all staff are very polite and friendly. Our room and ensuite were spotlessly clean and we loved the seaview from the balcony. Breakfast was good value for money. There is a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away and plenty of places to eat and a couple of supermarkets in walking distance. The hotel has a car park located close by. The only downside was traffic noise i think because our room was next to the road but didn't spoil our holiday. ”

“Golden Sun Hotel is in a truely gorgeous location. It is a delightfully quiet, restful place to swim (in both ocean and pool), read, enjoy the company of froends and marvel at the beautful view. The staff were pleasant to interact with and very welcoming. The facility is dated but in good condition and very well cared for. We very much enjoyed our brief stay and would enjoy a return visit!”

“A beautiful tranquil place to stay with lovely olive tree garden and a small peaceful pool area with glimpse of the sea. Apartment felt like home, very clean, kitchen had all you need to self cater, comfy bed, door screens, electric blackout shutters, coffee machine, pool towels, washing machine. Probably need a car to get to Finikounda as few miles away a very nice place with good beaches and restaurants. Perfect choice at the Abelia Suites, nice host, we would not hesitate to come back. “Carlos Mansion Hotel was the first stop on our Peloponnesian trip and it was a delight to spend time at the hotel. In truth, it's more of a serviced flat than a hotel and the owners take extra care to make sure your stay is comfortable and quiet. The area is quite rural but still easily walkable to Methoni, and the flat itself was well-appointed and a little oasis to relax and enjoy quiet breakfasts or afternoon siestas. ”
