“Das Chateau liegt mitten in Weinbergen, sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto doch nicht weit von Bordeaux entfernt. Wir empfehlen jedoch sehr, ein Auto zu nehmen. Das Personal ist durchgängig sehr professionell, vom Empfang, bis Restaurant und auch House Keeping. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt an einem Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ebenfalls das Restaurant, welches über zwei Michelin-Sterne verfügt und von Herrn Schilling aus dem Elsass geführt wird. ”

Salle de bain trop petite, pas de vrai lavabo mais un petite lave main ! 9 euros pour le petit déjeuner cela nous a paru cher même si c'est sous forme de buffet les produits proposés étaient de qualité moyenne aucun fruit frais , café en distributeur ”

“The location is so good that it is just on the main shopping area. The room was very small but OK. The wireless internet was said to be available but we could not get acess to it. So just use the public computer in the first floor- their tiny lobby.”

“Hôtel propre et bien tenu, confort et prestations conformes à sa catégorie, petit-déjeuner varié et bon. En revanche beaucoup de dysfonctionnements de l'interface de réservation (réservation de plusieurs chambres au lieu d'une seule ! petits-déjeuners inclus qui n'apparaissent pas comme tels). Les problèmes ont finalement été résolus, mais ils nuisent à l'image de l'hôtel. Dommage. ”

“我們幸運的被升等，非常喜歡他們的房間有品味有風格很有味道又很寬敞。可惜服務人員很難叫的到，我們在泳池想點飲料請工作人員幫我們叫人來等到最後都沒有人來，請人送我以及行李到主樓也等了半個小時。所以延遲了午餐時間吃的很趕。我覺得很可惜。也許你需要有車才適合住別館，如果你想放鬆可能住主樓很多事情會來的更便捷”

“I was suffered from insect bite in a room. My body got red mark & itichy Although they changed room for me they did not responsible for any doctor consultant fee. This is very disappointed At the end when I checked out ,they deduct that night room rate for me. However, I was got hurt. I still feel uncomfortable because the mark still exist and am afraid it will leave tmy body/face for long....”
