“The owners were very communicative and warm, the place was clean and had everything I needed. It is near a trailer park but I stayed 5 nights and never any issues with noise or anything else. For the region, based on what was available in this price range, this was one of the best values, in my opinion. Glad I stayed there and I would stay again.”

“The Watauga River Cabins is a truly unique gem! The photos don't do it justice... it was larger than expected and the views of the river with fly fishing float boats causing by was spectacular. We were in town to visit my brother and his family for the Nascar race at Bristol, which was a short drive and came back to grill some steaks on the grill and have a campfire on the large back patio area while soaking in the scenery. I also fly fish and we were able o book a float trip with High Country……

“This home is great property. Very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the little extras that were there, like the snacks, water, laundry soap and bathroom shampoos and soap. The little things you sometimes forget.Very quiet neighborhood and close to family we were visiting. ”
