“The town is cute, the area is cute. The property needs to be further along. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used.The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched.The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing.”

“We stayed here while moving our son into the dorms at Oregon State, and this place was perfect for the occasion. The studio was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was great after long days on campus. Terry was a thoughtful host and made check-in simple, which was appreciated.The location worked well for us—just a short drive to campus. We’d be happy to stay here again on future visits.”
