“We had the best stay over the 4th of July weekend. The space was perfect for a getaway with our dog - who loved exploring the outdoors! We used the grill every night and ate outside. All the cooking supplies we needed were provided. We brought our kayak and paddle board which were great to use on the nearby pond. The provided beach supplies were so nice for our beach day! “The property was exactly what was pictured. The deck was WONDERFUL, with an ocean view and clear screens to protect you from the wind. If your goal is to only sleep in the room then it is well designed, but if you plan to stay for more than two nights, and spend some of your time in the room reading and playing games, then you will be disappointed. “I would 100% recommend this apartment! My friends and I had the best experience. The host was so friendly and made himself available for us via text and in person whenever we needed. “Please be aware when booking this property- it is not at all as listed. Upon checking in, the apartment had a strong chemical odor. We booked for my husband and I, our 4 year olds and our 2 year old while being in town for a wedding. The “additional” sleeping spaces didn’t have bedding, the master bed is a full at best, the TV didn’t work- it was an overall awful awful booking- not to mention the entire “apartment” slants downwards. “This is a no frills, as is, 1-bedroom unit downtown Falmouth. If it’s a busy week, expect parking to be tricky and a bit of a game of roulette. Plenty of great food options close by. Unit 1 is a little loud as your bedroom is right by the staircase for a multi unit building- if you’re used to sleeping in any city you’ll be fine. Was in town for a work trip, would stay again.”
