Overall a good unit has the basics and right by Falmouth heights beach- just walk across the street. The unit literally sits adjacent to the patio bar of the attached restaurant, so right outside your window (the one w the view) will be droves of people eating and drinking while music plays. This is a great location and has what you’d need but if you don’t want people right outside that window I’d chose a different unit. You will have zero privacy. Outside of that it’s a good spot.
