“I suppose I can’t complain for the price I paid, but the facilities were leas than basic. No kettle to make tea and coffee, and we couldn’t buy it in the hotel unless paid for full breakfast. Had to get it from cafe across the road. No light in the bathroom, let reception know but nobody bothered to fix it. Only hand towels available and only one roll of toilet paper. Good location although very close to night club and could hear music and karaoke quite late at night even with closed windows.……

“The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again.”

“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving ”

“The bungalow was located in a quiet area of the camping and had all the amenities one would need for a week-long holiday. I particularly appreciated the blinds AND black out curtains in all rooms making it possible to sleep in despite bright morning light.
The resort was great with plenty of pools, playgrounds for kids and well equipped kids club - with an indoor space make believe play areas(bakery, florist, ice cream parlour and many more) . Plenty of activities for children and adults were……

“Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful. ”
