“We had a very relaxing 4 day break in this beautiful stone cottage, a mile off the main road near Hadrians Wall, on a farm that practices environmental care and organic stewardship under the Green Tourism Business scheme. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable with a new shaker modern style kitchen, so very easy to make a simple meal. The bed was super comfortable in a roomy upstairs bedroom. “We booked the cottage for a long weekend, whilst attending a national cycling event near Hexham. The cottage was perfect for our group of three adults, providing us with two double bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities. The cottage was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay and the location was fantastic for walks on Hadrians Wall and only a fifteen minute drive to Hexham. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and generously provided a welcome pack of essentials plus a homemade……

“Wonderful cabin, beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped, with hot tub regularly maintained. Just the perfect size for what we needed, with the bonus of three rooms meaning personal space for the kids. Highly recommended. Absolutely loved our short (two night) stay. Only downside was the proximity to other cabins in relation to unfortunate events on night one. Second night was perfect after dark, with everyone on site respectful and quiet after 11pm, but our first night was ruined by one……

“A beautiful cottage in a secluded area with lovely views of surrounding hills and forest. The photos dont do it justice, it is much bigger in reality. It is very well equipped, and beds very comfortable with spotless linen. Even in cold weather, the cottage has more than enough radiators and a very efficient log burner to keep you warm.
