“Monica was the best, to start we wanted her to make us supper the 1st night but I got back to her late and she had already made plans to attend an olive oil festival at a hamlet a few miles from her Villa. She invited us to attend with her and it was the best way to start out our visit, when you watch tv and see Italy with everyone from the town eating together, it was exactly like that an 8 course meal with all the wine you could drink it was amazing. She was available for everything we needed……

“Where to begin!? The photos in the listing simply do not do this property justice. It is a truly magical location and I highly recommend it. We rented the entire place, for 20 people, to celebrate a birthday and each family, couple or single had their own private space/apartment, while still being part of the whole. It's charming and had all the amenities. There are several nearby villages to grab dinner or groceries, and Lucca is only an hour away. It's a bit of a hike to the marble quarries,……

Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Pool, der perfekt zum Entspannen und Erfrischen ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort willkommen und wohl fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia war jederzeit unkompliziert und äußerst hilfreich. “What a find! We went as a large family group, so to have separate apartments for each individual family worked out perfectly for us. “We recieved a warm welcome by Mr. Chiappa, and the place is truly wonderful. The house itself is compact (and the stairs even more so), but large enough for the 4 of us.
