“Great week. The floors were dusty could have been mopped before we came that is the only reason I gave cleanliness a 4. I would definitely come back. It was very easy to speak to the host and they responded very quickly. Everything was as listed and in the pics. We had an amazing time. ”

“We loved the stay. It was very relaxing drinking a coffee in the morning and viewing the river from the living room. The bungalow is easy to access and near most of the springs and only 7 minutes from Walmart and windixie ”

“Nice little spot situated on the river nestled in a tucked away neighborhood. We could hear barred owls in the distance and even saw some deer walking on the road at night. John was a very accomodating host. He came over right away when we really needed his help a few times and was nice enough to let us borrow his golf cart. “As many of the other reviews have stated, this is a nice place on the river. It is comfortable and decorated nicely with direct access to the river and a balcony to sit on. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook. While the listing says this waterfront house is "freshly renovated", to me it appears that two of the most important rooms in the house, the ensuite bathroom and the guest bathroom were not. “This is our 2nd time staying here during Easter weekend and will hopefully continue to be a tradition. My sister and I, along with our 4 boys (ages 8-14) absolutely love the peace and quiet. The home is always so clean, has everything you could need. When originally booking I mixed up the dates and was off by a day. When I requested to chage it to the dates we needed, the ower was great and responded quickly and had no problems with doing so. When we went to leave, we had a flat tire and ended……

“The cabin is small but has everything you need. From a small fully equipped kitchen to bathroom and kayaks/canoes, the place was great. There was a grill and fire pit. One really big downside was the amount of ticks. You could not do anything outside without one of those jumping on your skin. The water outback was a little dark so not made for swimming but you could go for a little ride on canoe if you wanted.”

“We have stayed at this cabin twice now and it’s been extremely pleasant each time. The cabin is always clean with everything always working. Dealing with the property manager is fantastic because they are quick to respond and work to ensure your needs are met.The property is close enough to have food delivered as well as Walmart! Internet is fast and the location is off the main road so you are tucked away into the woods, but within a 4 min drive to a major highway and 10 mins from Chiefland. ”
