Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“My siblings and I were in the area for a funeral. This apartment was pretty perfect for us. Its not by any means glamorous but it was convenient, clean and did the job. The bed I was in was very comfortable and there was a wine glass ready for me to use. Kitchen had many amenities, even though we didnt use much. The touchpad for gaining entrance was easy. “Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping.
