Everybody involved with running the Villa were fabulous, friendly, always there to help and Tony the owner came back to any questions I had straight away. We stayed as two families with 5 teenagers. They loved having the top floor to themselves. I loved the ensuites and the outside and the views were just breathtaking. The pool was used all the time and everything was thought through and catered for and the villa was comfy and in immaculate……

“Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Umgeben von Weinbergen, absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre sind garantiert. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, einen Wohnraum und eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Giovanni ist so ein toller Gastgeber: Ab der Buchung bis zur Verabschiedung haben wir uns bestens aufgehoben und umsorgt gefühlt. Er spricht tolles Englisch, die Kommunikation war daher gar kein Problem. Bei Giovanni zu bleiben ist absolut empfehlenswert, auch die Gespräche mit ihm……

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”

“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside……
