“The hotel is bad. Not cleaned. The toilet water overflows when you flush. We stayed ther in the family room with my wife and daughter, we moved out the next day and got another hotel. It's more like a brothel type Hotel. We still have to get a refund for my 3 nights we did not stay ther. This is a 1 star hotel. ”

“Pictures and reality are different. This was fraud. They charge almost same as five star hotel down the road and the place is a roach motel at best. It took the guy a while to even find out reservation and he had no idea what Expedia is. He kept asking for some voucher. This is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at.”

“The Empire Platinum Suites (EPS) are part of a group of three hotels with different standards. There are only a few rooms available in the EPS, one on each level. The setup is designed around the central staircase, split into 2 rooms and an adjacent, rather small bath. The connection between the rooms is a slender hallway. COMFORTABLE LONG STAY

"this hotel location is near to AP around 10-15 mins by car if there is no traffic jam . there is a strict security when u want to go into hotel feel very safety.and all the staffs are very friendly and nice :)"
